Yoga Nidra - guided breath work, body scan, awareness, visualization, and meditative imagery, as well as other techniques that can calm and quiet the mind. Perfect for those who wish cannot not make it into the center or want to stay comfortable at home.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please give at least 12hrs, unless in an emergency. Please text Holly @720.237.8887 for cancelling. Otherwise, download the Wix Booking app and change your appointments there. Please know that during this time all precautions to protect staff and clients will be taken. If you are vaccinated, a mask is not necessary. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
